Shakespeare 1

In act 1 of the pages 4 through 8 we see the flames of an argument rise between Benedick and Beatrice. When the argument is done Benedicks acquaintance Claudio speaks in good tongues about Beatrice, obviously dumbstruck by her looks. Benedick trying to make it sound like he knows about relationships tries to persuade Claudio that Beatrice is a lost cause and not worth getting to know. This to me and many others sounds like Benedick is really in love with Beatrice and is just trying to have her for himself later. I personally see this a lot in children's movies but I could be wrong. But if I'm not than this part is something we can go back to.
