One of the most meanigfull thing I have done in the semester was the alchemist respose project because I could draw and get my point across.
The most challenging part of ELA was definatly the other response projects because I was never able to do the work on my own.
I would like to see change in response projects because I feel that theres not enough verity in the options we have.

odyssey

I think in books 22-24 some violence was acceptable and some was not at all needed. For example when the suiters wronged odysseus's family and nearly took over he took action to protect his family. But when he was finished slaughtering the suiters and saw that the maids did nothing to help he hung them, I feel that his actions towards the maids was unnecessary because as maids their job was to serve the owners of the home and they all assumed that odysseus was dead because he's been gone for 20 years, and with that said the maids nor did the suiters know that odysseus lived. Now this leaves me to question is odysseus really a hero? Because judging by his actions with the maids and a part of the battle of troy when he built the wooden horse and killed the soldiers in their sleep which was kind of cowardly, but judging by his actions he's not really a hero because of all of the little things he has done to benefit one or two people and hanging the innocent maids.
